Ingredients
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups (12 ounces) milk chocolate chips
Your favorite fudge brownie recipe or 1 family-size pre-made fudge brownie mix (large enough for a 9×13-inch pan).
1 package Double Stuffed Oreo cookies

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan by lightly coating with cooking spray or line with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. With an electric mixer, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl on medium speed for approximately 3 minutes.
  3. Add the vanilla and eggs one at a time beating well with each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients a little at a time to the egg mixture and stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the cookie batter evenly on the bottom of the pan patting it down flat with either the back of a spoon or your fingers.
  6. Top the cookie dough with Oreos about 4 cookies wide and 7 rows long.
  7. Make your favorite fudge brownie batter and evenly pour the brownie mixture over the top of the Oreos.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before slicing. The brownies may feel slightly gooey to the touch, but when cooled, they will set up perfectly. Eat alone or top with ice cream. And if this weren’t enough, for an even more decadent chocolate explosion, top it with hot fudge.
